We keep the team small on purpose. When we do open a place, we look for people who care about the craft more than the calendar.
Roles we consider
Tattoo artists — with a clear personal style and a portfolio of custom work, not flash copies. Realism, fine line and blackwork are the disciplines we grow fastest in.
Piercers — trained in anatomy-led placement, single-use protocol and implant-grade jewellery, with proof of experience.
Studio assistants — front desk, client communication, hygiene routines and social media. A good first step into the industry.
